What the Numbers in the Table Mean
The Sortable Table of Moral Stories contains a list of the stories which have already been posted. Beside the title of the story is the date when it was first posted and its overall story quality ranking.
Star rankings are provided by readers. After reading a story, you are asked to rank it from 1 to 5 stars for overall quality and for irony level. Readers are also asked whether the story is believable. All moral stories are fiction, but could they happen in real life? Reader responses are saved, averaged, and displayed in the table. The number in parentheses after a star ranking indicates how many readers have provided a ranking.
Why Moral Stories Matter?
Stories have been a fundamental part of human culture for centuries. They entertain, educate, and inspire. For children, stories are a gateway to imagination and creativity. They help develop language skills, emotional intelligence, and a love for reading. We believe in the power of moral stories to shape young minds and create lasting memories.
